@TheBigTenHuddle How does Nebraska not include the Omaha market? That's almost 1 million people, they're 50 miles away, and there's only one FBS school in the state
@SECSupremacyCFB And by the way, the preseason favorite has only won the title twice in the past 26 years. So by all means, keep using preseason odds as the barometer for judging if a team is good or not
@SECSupremacyCFB If you can't figure out that Vegas lines are a function of the market and speculation as opposed to empirical facts, then you're the delusional one
@SECSupremacyCFB Vegas has shown they are notoriously bad at predicting the national champion. And sports markets are essentially a popularity contest. So the fact that they miss so badly just makes me look more right.
@SECSupremacyCFB So can you read? My your own table, the Big 10 and Big 12 both have higher win percentages than the SEC last year. The SEC *was* dominant when they were the only conference paying their players. Now that everyone is, the SEC is literally the third best out of 4 lol
@SECSupremacyCFB@JoshPateCFB 1) most of your stats are pre-NIL. Post NIL, the SEC has been slaughtered by not only the big 10 but other conferences. When everyone pays their players, suddenly the SEC loses its advantage.
2) SOS metrics are circular. If back-computed with onfield results, SEC SOS plummets.
@SECSupremacyCFB@JoshPateCFB Here's my problem. Your prediction says "rides a Big 10 schedule" like an insult, when in reality, it's the best - and contrary to what Finebaum and Pate say- the deepest conference in the country. The results on field prove that. This b.s. SEC propaganda needs to be called out.
@DonnellKolby@derwake1@JoshPateCFB Fair enough, then he's a just a corrupt sister-marrying hillbilly with two teeth and his mouth down Cody Campbell's pants (allegedly)
... with tenure
@derwake1@JoshPateCFB@DonnellKolby At this point, the whole world sees this for what it is. Schools are boycotting Tech right and left, and they should. It's bigger than Sorsby. It's about a school that for a corrupt judge who let their start player keep playing after he bet on his own teams. It crossed a line.
@derwake1@JoshPateCFB@DonnellKolby He's elected. He has no credibility. He's doing whatever will get him re-elected. There's not an ounce of credibility or integrity in his ruling. He's a slimy politician that Tech forum shopped for, and found a judge who would do whatever they wanted
