Building a great product is really, really hard.
You can spend years designing and testing, and still hit the dumbest, most painful bugs the moment real users touch it.
I've experienced this in my previous startup: every time we thought we had covered every edge case, a real customer would find another one. Real-world usage is just messy in ways you can't fully simulate.
