Funny how like a week ago the Brits were on here saying that Americans just don’t understand the severity of English heat waves, and now we’ve got stories about how their soccer players are all about to drop over dead because it’s 85 degrees out.
“why are you a fangirl in your 20s” the idols are literally in their mid-to late 20s? you think they’re performing for toddlers? half the fandom has a full-time job and back pain we are peers. what do you want me to do instead? go home and stan a spreadsheet?
Being part of a generation that was told “Wikipedia is not a source” makes it genuinely baffling to me that jobs are now telling people to just use ChatGPT for everything.
who told you Mic Drop wasn't hated by kpopstans as aggressively as Hooligan when it dropped? the "Did you see my bag?" had them shaking, throwing up and writing essays after essays dragging BTS everyday. Drove them as crazy as "Hahahahahaha Hooligan" it's just history repeating itself.
I honestly don't know how rich people end up committing crimes. If I had just $500K, I would live so peacefully, mind my own business, take walks, wear my little outfits, read books, and just feed birds.
Just went into my 2yo son’s room to check on him and noticed he needed a diaper change. So I change him as quickly as possible so he wouldn’t wake up. I covered him and started closing his bedroom door and I hear a quiet, sleepy “tank yew” 😭😭😭
during a nanny interview this lady asked me my rates and I told her $19/hr (minimum in our state is $15) and she told me "I was thinking closer to $10" and I said "I'm sorry, that just doesn't work for me."
TELL ME WHY THIS WOMAN DEADASS SAYS "Well this job isn't supposed to pay your bills" ?!?!
MAAM YOU WANT ME 40 HOURS A WEEK!!! THIS JOB BETTER PAY MY BILLS
Also one really important thing I want to note is that this mother also expected cleaning when the babies napped. Not just cleaning up the kiddos stuff.
Whole house. Including the parents rooms. She expected mopping. Daily.
having dinner at a hotel bar the other night struck up a conversation with a mid-level United Healthcare exec. he told me he puts over $300,000 a year on his company credit card just for entertaining clients. In case you’re wondering why you can’t afford health insurance
i think health insurance companies should be charged with murder if they intentionally deny a patient a lifesaving medication or procedure. if they want to act like doctors, they need to face the consequences. if a healthcare provider does that, we can lose our licenses.
