This is the highest number of incidents for a single month since the Eyes on Russia project began monitoring in May 2022. This morning office of @noedhjaelp was hit by the Russian missile in Kyiv. It is not the first time humanitarian #demining charity is directly targeted. Earlier this year @fsd__ch compound in Kharkiv was bombed.
