@MetroUK They weren’t just anti monarchy protesters. They’re the same ones that are anti covid, and climate change (with their plastic banners!) that you see in town. People were shouting over them so it sounded worse than it was.

We wanted to go straight over towards halstead, gave up, went to marks tey, back to Colchester and through back roads. Cars were driving against traffic turning right when it’s only left turn to avoid getting to roundabout

@essexhighways @EPColchester what it going on with the lights at Stanway? Been stuck in traffic for 30mins just trying to get near the roundabout. Cars are literally turning right (illegal) onto oncoming traffic by sainsburys to avoid the traffic and go back down London Road
