You can’t expect to get a diverse response from a freelance call out whilst not stating the fee & duration of the role. If you can’t put specifics, at least put a ball park figure so people have an idea of whether it’s in line with their rates. Normalise talking money up front!

Simple feedback should be the bare minimum from large orgs - otherwise we just feel disregarded.

People are getting money from #CultureRecoveryFund but yet orgs are still making redundancies (on the same day, I kid you not) - if we aren't looking after the people that make culture happen then what is the point of it all.
1/4 Dear arts organisations. It should be an integral part of application assessments to give relevant and helpful feedback to all applicants. If this is not possible due to lack of resources it should be stipulated within your call out.
