@Carraig_Donn my Mum brought back a jumper to your Bridgewater store in Arklow and was told her account would be credited in a couple of days. This is ongoing since July 1st. Please help.

@AerLingus Sharon & Sarah on flight EI 266 yesterday (16th Feb) are exceptional cabin crew. They gave a master class in exemplary customer service. I hope they get the recognition they deserve from you.

@AerLingus Aimee on EI 266 to Birmingham today is amazing at her job. She has been great with me and the kids. It would be nice for you to recognise her in some way ✈️

@WoodiesIreland just left your store in Tallaght after dealing with a lady named Rebecca. To say she was incredibly pleasant and helpful is an understatement. She should be very proud of herself and you should too. She is doing an exceptional job.

@eircare PLEASE can someone help me. I have been trying to get in touch with you for nearly a year now. I’ve tried phone, web chat, tweeting and getting nowhere. I have cancelled my account and continue to get bills that are mounting.

[Ciara Gibney @ciaragibney]

@eir I am literally losing the will here. This problem is going on for nearly a year now and I am still being sent bills. Someone PLEASE respond to me!
