An article I wrote about my eating disorder was just published in the @LDSchurch Ensign magazine. This is the first time they’ve published on eating disorders! Major WIN and huge step forward! ❤️ https://t.co/aDARxwL9uC
Hikers in the Alps are being attacked and some killed–by cows.

@mc_kaylee5 @aliahdomino THIS. Thank you! I’ve been recovered from an eating disorder for a few years, but I still don’t fast because it’s too triggering for me. So many other ways to fast that don’t include restricting!
ICE detainees tell @PatrickMichels of @reveal they're told to wash their hands more, but they don't have enough soap. Now some groups are calling for all these detainees to be released. We break down how COVID-19 is affecting the immigration system: https://t.co/vOpZmbnbIn
Great tips from @AlexMahadevan of @mediawise on how to spot false information online - especially during COVID-19. First two rules: check your emotions at the door; browse horizontally, not vertically. Here's my interview with him: https://t.co/tQCnms9aVl
I went on the @lisavclarkshow this morning to share my story for National Eating Disorders Awareness week!Have a listen: https://t.co/beFMZevuWE
Also did this henna to commemorate the week - the darker one is the @NEDAstaff symbol. Means a lot to me. #ComeAsYouAre#NEDAwareness
After OJ Simpson’s famous car chase, LA became obsessed w/ police pursuits. If you're texting “pursuit!” it means "turn on the TV, there’s a chase." @MaryMeltonLA explains that this strange sport is unlikely to go away soon, despite any carnage they cause: https://t.co/WFPLICXpbj
Hoboes 150 years ago were train hoppers with a colorful culture. They had a whole system to help each other out - a cat symbol meant "kind lady lives here." And don't forget the 100 Commandments. Hear more from @uconnarchives Graham Stinnett: https://t.co/ROYR46riMF
I just got accepted as a @NEDAstaff volunteer! Back in my eating disorders days, I never would have believed that one day I would help guide others through the darkness. What an honor it is to be part of such a critical mission and organization.
Today my grandma (who lived through the Great Depression) ripped the wrapping paper off a gift instead of carefully saving it to use again. She looked giddy and slightly guilty as she said, “I’ve never done this before!”
That really put things in perspective.
I’ve just decided something: when life storms come, you can either shut the windows and hide indoors or laugh as the rain pelts you in the face.
I really like the smell of rain.
