@AerLingus Assuming that form works again. We had to book flights for 4 adults last minute to biarritz with Ryanair. I’m out of pocket. I’ve been patient, waiting 10 days before chasing on this.

@AerLingus I don’t have a case reference number. Again I called on the morning of the 6th and was told I would be refunded for the outbound flight and was assured I could then submit a further claim for compensation. I just want the refund and then I’ll progress compensation claim cont’d

@AerLingus Sorry to labour the point but can you answer the questions asked? Why have I not received my refund? I spent 45 minutes on hold on the morning of the 6th. Was promised a refund within 7 days which has not been received, in breach of your obligations under EU Regulation 261/2004
