@DailyMirror I was so shocked that the ride operator hadn’t closed it or checked it before the ride started! I complained to one of the managers, all they said was sorry and offered a voucher. It still makes me so angry that they continue to operate after something so dangerous happened

@DailyMirror I went to Christmas Wonderland Lakeside last year with my 4 year old, he wanted to go on the ferris wheel, when we were at the top I noticed that the door hadn’t been closed! Thankfully my son was sat on my lap otherwise he could have fallen out, it would have been fatal
