The government is going to gate access. They’re going to allow these US companies to continue to build, but then put restrictions on them to the public. Yes, the website will be prettier but in terms of hardening your systems especially related to security your SOL. They’re also going to ban at least foreign LLM so that the average person in the US won’t be able to have frontier level intelligence anymore
