Hello @MicrosoftHelps, please allow signing in to Microsoft Authenticator using a Mobile Number or Email. This will fix lock-out issues during device migration while keeping 2FA 100% secure. Thank you!

This would allow seamless login after a factory reset using only Email/Password on the same hardware, bypassing 2FA. A lifesaver for users locked out of their accounts! 💡🔐
