@notcee_fan The plates are easy to remove and swap. If you don't want to buy new plates, I'm sure that, because the plates are plastic, you could use a mild abrasive to remove all of the graffiti. Barkeeper's Friend or baking soda. Maybe 30 minute job. The buttons texture might not survive.

In particular, sad the new City Trial is too similar to the old one and doesn't have an underwater area to take advantage of the upgraded tech.

@petlibro Is there any way to order multiple stainless steel bowls without the adapter? I was an early adopter and my polar feeder comes with a 2 prong adapter. If the 2 prong is dangerous, the 3 prong adapter should be available for free with a shipping fee if an order minimum isn't met.
