@RenderMeRight@mtrantalainen@FlipFluids here is what it looks like in the file. This is very basic but already allow to randomizer size. Next is to randomize size of bubbles depending on depth as suggested by someone. Will be easy with geonode position node.
@bradyajohnston Tips and tricks : If you do import multiple pdb and reuse the geometry nodes + shader , you need to specify once again the name of the color attributes in the geo node output. This was the issue I had with the coloring of my PDB. :-)
