Texas Tech should support one of their athletes when they are going through a tough time…but that doesn’t mean you have to play him. I thought it was interesting that they made it clear at the beginning of the video that they were not a part of the injunction. #Sorsby
I first want to wish Brendan Sorsby all the best and I hope that he does win his fight with his addiction. It’s an addiction that can ruin someone’s life and alienate them from friends & family. So all my best to Brendan.
With that being said I don’t believe that he should be allowed to play college football anymore. I saw what the Texas Tech leadership said in their video yesterday and in some areas I agree with them. Especially about supporting one of their own with an addiction. #Sorsby
@ChadBrendel@Williams_Justin If Sorsby plays is there a possibility of Texas Tech having to forfeit games. Especially if his team drops the lawsuit after the season. That would end the injunction and then make him ineligible again.
Fun trip to Busch Stadium the @Reds play at the @Cardinals this weekend despite the score. Busch stadium was beautiful and the food was amazing. I definitely didn’t expect the Reds to pitch like Rick Vaughn before he had glasses. #justabitoutside#ball4ball8ball12
#Giants star Dexter Lawrence is being traded to the #Bengals in a pre-Draft blockbuster that includes the No. 10 pick heading to the Giants, per me and @MikeGarafolo.
NYG gets premium draft compensation, Cincy gets a lynchpin, while Sexy Dexy gets a new, big-money extension.
Draft week blockbuster: The Giants are trading three-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence to the Bengals in a deal that will include the 10th overall pick going to New York, per ESPN sources.
The Giants now head into Thursday night with the 5th and 10th overall picks.
Dexter Lawrence is scheduled to travel to Cincinnati on Sunday for a physical that that would make the trade official. For now, the two sides have agreed to the trade, pending a physical.
@MishaWines97@CardPurchaser Topps also pushes card shops to do their own breaks or get reduced product. I miss the days when we had multiple products (ie Topps, Upper Deck, Donruss, Fleer etc). They kept each other in check.
