Darkness at night is as important as sunlight & bright light during the morning & daytime for mental and physical health. The data are overwhelming. Don’t negotiate with nature too much or often. Get aligned with the DAY: LIGHT, NIGHT: VERY DIM/DARK & you’ll reap myriad benefits.
