@IainMacBets Golf in America is so different, in the UK we have none of this. We always hole out, the only time you don’t if it’s a match play game and your opponent gives you your putt. I couldn’t believe it when I found out American’s can input handicap scores with gimmes - ludicrous.
Any wedge nerds out there that might know why this wedge works so well for me? Picked this up as I was intrigued by the leading edge grind. Feels like I can do absolutely anything with it. Coming from a Cleveland RTX6 54(@ 55) Mid and that just feels clunky compared #golf#wedge
@ChipJohnson01 I know it’s already been said but nail polish is the way - fill in the lettering, don’t be afraid to go over the edges, let it dry and then wipe away the excess with nail polish remover
@Golfingbrock There’s no circumstance you’d need one though here though unless as I said you can’t launch a ball. Plus I’d rather an extra wedge than carry an extra club at the top end. Hybrids work better at that loft over here as they’re easier to keep down and still easier to hit that a 3i
@engineeringolf A lot saying Ping best. I actually had a pretty bad experience as a whole.
Custom fit set of irons by one of their own fitters. Spent £1400 on them and they came and they were terrible, I knew from the first swing they weren’t right (good golfer). The build just didn’t seem (1)
