@baroswahjr Now this is the 4th time I am seen a similar accidents. A rider hit my car , fled, luckily I captured his place went to the cops doesn’t have Insurance. That small thing cost my damages of 185,000 KES. How many bikes are those. Later my uber…bike. Another car BIKE! @ntsa_kenya
