Dear @WhiteHouse, my name is Rodney Smith Jr., founder of Raising Men & Women Lawn Care Service in Huntsville, Alabama. Through our 50 Yard Challenge, over 6,000 kids across the country have signed up to mow free lawns for the elderly, disabled, veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and single parents. With America celebrating its 250th birthday this year and me also being born on July 4th, I wanted to humbly ask if a few kids from our program and myself could travel to Washington, D.C. to help mow the White House lawn for this historic celebration.
More than anything, I want these kids to see how a simple act of service something as ordinary as mowing a lawn for someone in need can lead to extraordinary places. What better lesson in community service than showing them that helping others can take them all the way to our nation’s capital? I’d also love to bring my American flag-themed mower in hopes that the President might sign it, so I can later auction it off and donate 100% of the proceeds to a nonprofit supporting veterans. It would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to highlight the importance of service, patriotism, and the impact young people can have when they choose to make a difference. 🇺🇸
Can we please make this viral .@Catturd@Sassafrass_84 I remember when this young man started this program. He is helping raise caring, responsible children in America. I daresay these kids do better in school than many, they are more committed to caring for the community and have great morals. Exactly what our country needs ! Please help this go viral so the White House definitely sees this.
They deserve this opportunity!
On the 24th anniversary of 9/11, we honor the lives lost, the heroes who emerged, and the resilience of the American spirit.
America will never forget.
Evil is real. There is no doubt, the enemy is hard at work.
These last few days, the weight of evil has been heavy across our nation.
But this I know: It will not have the final word. One day, God will make all things right.
Until then, we pray. We weep with those who weep. And we keep fighting, knowing the victory has already been won.
I hope you all enjoyed the first episode of this season’s @AmericanIdol . I know I did! What an honor to be a part of some epic journeys for some incredible talent! #blessed#AmericanIdol ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Jeff Denard has been working at the same steel plant for 27 years, in a job that has allowed him to serve as the captain of his local volunteer fire department, raise 7 children with his wife Nicole, and over the years, provide a loving home to more than 40 foster children...
Stories like Jeff's remind us that tariffs are not just about protecting American jobs -- they're about protecting the soul of our country.
Tariffs are about Making America rich again and Making America Great Again."

For that purpose, I am announcing tonight that we will create a new Office of Shipbuilding in the White House..."
