@jenssen_lise @ScopelyExplore Had my account hacked a year ago and it took 2 weeks to get it recovered (lot longer, more stressful than ShinyRed suffered). Lost a lot of precious Pokémon too, including my one and only shiny mew. If @ScopelyExplore can restore Pokémon, shouldn’t I get my shiny mew back too?

I had my account stolen too, and while I did get it back, I lost Pokémon that meant a lot to me, and lost contacts that are way to difficult to reconnect with. It’s absolutely ridiculous that a company like @NianticLabs wouldn’t do better to prevent this.

@CalebPeng I remember the days when I could play the game, before a hacker stole my day1 account. I remember the days when customer support actually cared, rather than getting the run around from @NianticHelp. I remember when companies protected their loyal clients.

Further, what is the process for reviewing and approving routes? I don’t see this in Wayfarer. Some transparency here would be helpful.

@NianticHelp I created a route during the beta launch, and it was approved and used by many members of our community. Was notified that someone reported my route unfairly and it’s been taken down. I have no way of appealing this. How is it this easy to kill a route? Can I appeal?
