@JoelDTD You’re absolutely right, there is no comparison. But i think calling them children is just a figure of speech, i did call my dog “my baby” but not for once did i ever consider myself a parent or try to say i “understand” what it’s like to be one 😂 no way it’s even close.

Everyone experiences and handles anxiety different ways. For me I’m inside a tornado of thoughts/words/ambitions/unfinished business/insecurities. Sometimes i can disconnect and slow mo the tornado and pick out things to focus on/let go of to alleviate myself.
How do you deal?
