We built this data capture into our diagnostic solution to capture these demographics at the point of contact (during diagnosis) thereby ensuring that such data points are not lost.

Also lack of or sub-standard reagents (stains) affect quality of results. They resort to RDTs which are prone to serious misdiagnosis for example parasite density,etc
