@RealJamesWoods Maybe it's time to have a November 4th exit plan ready, just incase. There are many beautiful sane places in America. You'd be welcomed at any of them.
@xnoesbueno My mother was born and raised in England. My grandparents were thoroughly British. My grandfather proudly served in the English army during WWII. Our English family are jews. They have been made to fear for their safety in ways which should shame their fellow countrymen.
@harukaawake I was an instructor at the United States Navy Fleet Training Center. We had many Japanese Naval officers and enlisted come through our training. I would be happy to serve with them anywhere. Allies ๐ฏ๐ต ๐บ๐ฒ
@ComputerSageJAB@KurtSchlichter Saw a counter demonstration sign in Stockholm which read "Better a Pershing missile in your back yard than a Soviet Soldier in your wife's bed. I think it was 1985.
@SarahAHoyt@PitTalkPodcast1@Duttonmindset Retired Navy (80-05). Beirut/Grenada thru GWOT vet. Don't know what's going on here, but I trust Sarah. I know firsthand she treats veterans and facts with respect.
@wretchardthecat Tin Cans are the best ships in our Navy. They hunt aircraft, subs and surface vessels with equal skill while also ready to provide Naval Gunfire Support ashore.
@KurtSchlichter In October 2001 I watched a French "warship" sit dockside in Fujairah with sailors doing nothing but working on their sun tans. I'm sure the public back in France were told they were participating in the GWOT. I guess they were, in the style of the French.
@CynicalPublius Reminder, in 1983 the Marines were on a peacekeeping mission in Beirut, part of the multinational forces. 56 French paratroopers were also killed on Oct 23, 1983 in a separate attack.
