Bizarre behavior. The masked agent just stood not directing anyone and screamed that we should nknownwhat we are doing. Right? Without a nod or hand motion to come through, do you expect us to read minds.

This is why we avoid ATL. The worst behaving agents.

Do better. Your people were so rude and unhelpful with directions. How hard is it to use hand motions to direct people?

Our family has been with you for 13 years and never filed a claim. We suffered hail damage to our roof weeks ago. Your adjuster came to our house and would not even get on our roof. He denied our claim and has been absolutely awful to work with.
