@mikerankin Did you use SimSmith/SimNEC software? Some portable VNAs interface directly with the simulator.

@matseng I have tried this. Cleaning and tinning the heatpipes and your FETs will help. If the pipes get too hot they will expand/baloon and ruin your flat surface.
