@westfieldstrat me and friend parked here last night, used the W-Park app, left and the app hasn’t recognised we’ve left, it says we’ve been there over 19hrs now even though we left yesterday. No option to end it. Tried emailing and contacting you but no response.

Hi! Is there any update on when the underpass and railings in St Matthew’s Street will be restored, apart from being impractical it’s quite an eyesore.

Also a missing streetlight still hasn’t been repaired (didn’t know who to tag!)
