@snoopys_version Even if my heart is heavy - especially if it is - I have conversational prayer to express my gratitude. Sometimes there are only very small things at first but as I reflect and speak thanks out loud, it tends to swell into a flood of gratitude and joy even in my sadness ❤️🙏

@ChristianNbdy I go once a week, that's the only day with a mass time offered that I can get to and I'm so grateful for it! There is Adoration right after and Fr hears confessions.
