@kuijsters_tim Your feet are a bit too far apart, which causes extra strain on your knee joints and will hurt in the long run. Try with only 4 side steps so your knees are right above your toes 💪

🤯 about sugar free tic tac

Tic Tacs are 94% sugar and yet claim to be sugar free…

The FDA says anything can be labeled sugar free if it has <0.5g of sugar, so each tic tac is 0.49g and they can claim they have 0 sugar on the label
