@VitruviusGrind Lately we’ve been doing a lot with 3d printed models. You can actually see the light turn on in some people when they can interact with something physically. Ppt still works well tho

@VitruviusGrind Yea basically just curb appeal. We usually prompt with something like “which would you prefer be built across the street from your home?”. We also use these as a way to intro missing middle housing- “would it change your opinion if I told you “b” is a triplex?”

@VitruviusGrind We do them as part of our process for pre-approved building projects. We’ve tried a few different formats, results are almost always the same: 65-80% of people will pick a traditional house over an alternative. We’d be happy to approve modern homes, but most ppl don’t want them
