@eurowings 1/2 Did that - automated reply says my email will be handled in 5 WEEKS. I need a hotel NOW and need to know how much it may cost. I need a new flight tomorrow and need to know, if I can book myself and can claim all reasonable cost!
@eurowings Thanks, but more info on what to do when flight was cancelled is needed. What cost can be claimed - transfer, hotel, re-booking fee (via the link you suggest)? Up to what amount? Hotline and on ground staff are completely overloaded.

@eurowings Re cancelled flights (i.e. EW 4393) Understand you are overloaded right now, but let people know what to do - book hotel at your cost and rebook tomorrow? Don't just send the link to rebook at own cost! (60€ fee?!) How about an official statement?
