@Uber I can't find anywhere on your Help site to send an email about my real issue so I had to turn to Twitter. I want to be able to add a badge and/or compliment to my driver after I entered a tip and there is no way to do that. How do you add a badge after you have tipped?

@AirbnbHelp I have been on hold for over an hour and then when I finally got someone on the call they said they couldn't do anything for me that it has to be done on the host level. The host has waited on 2 calls for over 2 hours and they said they have to get a supervisor on it.

@AirbnbHelp Hello - If Wellbeing of your community is your priority can you please fix the customer service system for cancelling a reservation! My host has cancelled all their reservations but I can't get my money back because Airbnb hasn't cancelled it on your end. Please advice! Thanks.

@Uber I can't get my receipts of all my trips for my business trips to finish my expenses from the laptop because everytime I go to "My Trips" there is full page of UberEats and I can't get to my trips and I can't email UBER. Very Frustrating!!! Please ADVISE ASAP!

@Uber_Support I have gone in several times to Change my rating and all it gives me is 5 Stars as the max rating. THere is also no link to "share my feedback". You will have to be more specific of where this option is. it is not easy to find. Again all negative options.

@Uber I want to give positive feedback about my driver and I forgot to click on a Compliment Icon but there is no place to give positive feedback after a ride is done - there is only "issues" or "change rating" which is only a number. Please add a positive feedback tab.

@Uber_Support I still don't see where you give the rider a 6 star rating from my app after the ride is done and I have tipped them. It only has "report the driver" or all negative options. Again, no positive options.
