BREAKING: Spain defies Trump by REFUSING to let the United States use its air bases to carry out strikes on Iran because they are blatantly illegal under international law.

“Spanish military bases will not be used for anything that falls outside the agreement with the United States and the United Nations Charter,” stated Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares.

Following the announcement, fifteen American aircraft were forced to depart from bases in Rota and Morón, Spain — marking a major diplomatic black eye for the floundering Trump administration.

"We demand respect for international law. Violence only brings chaos. De-escalation and dialogue are the path to peace and stability,” Albares wrote on X.

Under the United Nations charter, military force may only be carried out by a member nation against another country if it has been authorized by the Security Council or if it's done in self-defense. The Pentagon has already debunked the Trump administration's claim that the strikes were preemptive and designed to stop Iran from attacking.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio also damaged the MAGA narrative earlier today when he claimed that Israel was planning to attack Iran, so the United States joined that attack out of fear that Iranian retaliation against Israel would also target the United States. In other words, Rubio is admitting that America got bullied into a war by our supposed ally — a stark refutation of the idea that this war has anything to do with protecting American lives.

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez condemned the attacks on Iran, which have already bombed a girls' school resulting in at least 165 deaths, as “unjustified” and “dangerous military intervention."

This is a powerful example to the rest of the world. Stand up to Trump, stop this pointless war, and save innocent lives.

I've marched in more military parades than I even care to remember.

Probably watched dozens more as a spectator.

And this is easily the worst and sloppiest marching I've ever witnessed at a formal military parade.
