@DeanTTraining First time I tried one of these sons of guns, I couldn’t even do two plates on each side when that’s usually my warm up on a regular hack. But it felt good on the back, felt good on the knees and the pump was incredible.

@Hustler2754 Today’s wrestling feels like too much like a choreographed gymnastics routine. I like to watch the old JCP wrestling from the 80’s, and it’s so good you can sometimes forget that the outcome is predetermined. It feels like a legit competition!
