@BlizzardCS This issue WAS eventually handled, but INCORRECTLY - the Game Masters removed the loot from the loot master and distributed it via mail - but they sent it to the wrong person. I've now been forced opened another ticket, hope I don't get banned for harassment.

@BlizzardCS The ticket was finally handled, and the piece of loot that was bugged was distributed. Your Game Masters removed the item from our ML's bags. However, you mailed the replacement item to the wrong person. Now I have to file another ticket. Now I have to file another ticket.

@BlizzardCS My ticket was marked as "Answered" SIX TIMES despite receiving no actual resolution. I replied and asked that the ticket not be marked as answered, I would like to leave it open until resolved. Supervisor Rebecca replied and threatened me with "account actions" for "harrassment"

@BBVA_USA As many others in the thread have pointed out - you claimed that routing numbers would not be affected and yet they definitely were. Payments that were already processing appear to be going through this morning, but what about future payments? I swear if you lose my tax refund...

@BBVA_USA If the call centers are open, why do I get transferred - from an automated message telling me that my call will be recorded - to a second automated message telling me that you are experiencing issues and to try my call again later?

@BBVA_USA 20 out of the 25 times I tried to call, your IVR system hung up on me when I picked option 1. The other 5 times, the CSR I spoke to had such a bad connection that I couldn't hear them, they couldn't hear me, or both.
