@VerizonSupport I created an order on Dec that was supposed to ship Dec 19 and still hasn’t. I’ve placed three orders since then and they have all shipped already. Can I get help with my oldest order?
@VerizonSupport representative said your order was canceled. You’ll be refunded. You need to place another order if you want the advice new explanation as to why it was canceled no apology simply buy another one. Terrible customer service.
Current rep said your order was canceled no explanation why other than there was an issue with the order. They then proceed to say you can place another order without offering any customer service or anything to help fix the issue. They simply say well you can place another
@VerizonSupport every customer service agent I’ve spoken to is grossly incompetent. I know customer service can be difficult but this is the most aggravating experience simply trying to upgrade a phone. I was promised 2 follow up my management and haven’t received 1. Please help

@surface I am thinking of upgrading my SurfacePro 7 to SurfaceStudio 2 or SurfacePro 11 w/Elite. I am using it to create small mobile games, no more advanced than Candy Crush which has a decent amount of practical effects. What Processor and how much RAM would you suggest surface team?
