Tonight, on November 20th, activists gathered outside the US Embassy in Tel Aviv toexpress their support for a Congressional resolution being voted on that same day that would block some $20 million in US offensive military aid to Israel. The activists, who included Israelis,
Americans, and dual citizens, organized under the demand “Arms embargo now!” and held signs saying “U.S. Funded Genocide” & “Jews in Palestine say ‘Stop arming Israel’”. The activists then started blocking traffic outside the embassy and poured red paint on the road,
symbolizing the blood being spilled by an unchecked supply of US weapons. One activist was arrested.

We worked today in 3 different locations around Burin, continuing to harvest under the constant threat of violence. The army has been raiding the town along with others in the area regularly to threaten Palestinian residents here.

Today we learned from Palestinian communities living under occupation in the Jordan Valley. We heard from residents about ongoing settler-soldier violence, land and water theft, and the checkpoint regime that makes life here near impossible

Last year as settlers terrorized Palestinians across the West Bank & the army shot at Palestinian farmers who dared to harvest their land & today we helped harvest olives in one field where soldiers & settlers had made it impossible to harvest since 2022
