Can anyone explain who has right of way here? Pedestrians or vehicles? this has recently been modified outside Sainsburys in Bitterne. It’s a pavement by a school so in daily use by children, and currently quite dangerous to navigate. @hantshighways @Royston_Smith @SouthamptonCC

It’s a passage into a car park so gets a lot of through traffic. A sign so it is clear to all would be welcomed!
