Benne Masala Dosæ/Ghee Roast - Similar to Masala
Davanagere BeNNe Dosæ - thick yet crispy with loads of butter

Why are these people adding ghee in dosa. Dosa is meant to be thin like paper and crisp like almost papad. Adding ghee makes it soggy like that home delivered dosa. Who is even allowing this abomination of such a nice beautiful food item.
