Key findings:
(1) Following an acute back squat session (5x5@80%1RM; RPE=7/10) strength trained individuals (1.7 [1RM/BM]) recovered their 1RM, & CMJ (PP & PV) after 24hrs BUT their squat velocities @ 60%, 80% & 90%1RM were still substantially slower
Great presentation by @GlenLichtwark. During prolonged running - Achilles tendon length increases (creep - not a good thing) with reduced stiffness causing calf muscle fascicles to shorten more which increase energy cost #BarçaMedicine

Arguably the toughest tweet we've ever had to post. Puts golf into full perspective. Please rally around Jarrod Lyle and his brave family in your own way -- possibly sharing a few coins for Challenge Cancer. https://t.co/3wlhBDjzTn

Embedding my PhD with Purdue Sports Performance and the men’s basketball team has been an amazing experience. Super appreciative of my supervisors @cjoycePhD@Tania181 for allowing this Australian to spend a year in 🇺🇸 listening to @jbonhotal drop knowledge 💣 everyday https://t.co/6lkUduLQOd

Are you developing load-velocity profiles using linear regression? Are PV, MPV, & MV reliable enough?
