I've seen mentor thrown around so loosely. It's a term of endearment as well as an adjective people.
A mentor is personally vested in your success, has a development plan for YOUR growth, maintains transparency, and will be both stern and supportive during failure/success.
@MichaelPatak Remove the "escrow". It essentially makes it a 60 day evaluation period rather than actually live. Also, allow for a payment withdrawal prior to going Live.

Leverage the hours towards his master's license as well. Recommend a 3 year cap at this pace.

But in this case, being drafted as a QB that was asked to throw > 35 times a game and run when you need to... then deciding I want you to run 10-15 times and throw <35 times is not favorable
