@MarkTreyger718 Most children opted for the peanut butter and jelly option. Which made the lunch staff work over time yesterday. My class alone got 20 sandwiches.
It’s a shame the @mta dropped (or cannot afford) the daily disinfecting of the system we saw at the height of the pandemic. “Back to normal” feels downright scuzzy.
The DOE agreed to pay teachers “on or around Oct. 31” for setting up digital classrooms. Once again, the DOE has messed up. Even though they assured us the money would be paid Oct. 28, they now tell us they are trying to get it in a supplemental check in the next pay period.
