@EVBonesaw @jacobinfante24 I do like this list! I would go Brady over Monken and would replace Belichek with Lane Kiffin. Belichek is in his 70's and Monken is in his late 50's. There aren't many coaches in the league that are over 50.

@shane_riordan I agree but this is has always been my issue, what offensive coach is going to either call plays or be the HC. They way Poles allowed them to hire their staff where you have no options for either, means he should go too.

@SpiegsAndHolmes Poles can go with them because we are stuck with both of them until the end of the season. Primarily because he allowed them to hire a staff where no one could replace them. He allowed them to surround Williams with a poor offensive staff. Who are these guys??
