At a protest against Zohran Mamdani, Rabbi @ymenken delivered a powerful reminder of Jewish resilience.
The Jewish people have endured persecution at the hands of empires, dictators, and ideologies that sought to erase them. From the Greeks to the Nazis and countless others throughout history, each believed Jewish survival could be broken.
They were wrong.
For thousands of years, Jews have faced those who sought to silence, exclude, and destroy them. Yet the Jewish people remain, preserving their identity, faith, and connection to their heritage across generations.
No political movement, campaign, or policy agenda will succeed where so many others failed.
Thanks to the enthusiasm and support of two dozen volunteers, and the contributions of nearly two hundred donors, CJV passed our goal, raising over $110,000 in just three days! Here are a few of the objectives that these new resources will help us meet: - A Director of External Relations, a senior rabbi who will be responsible for cultivating, strengthening, and stewarding CJV’s relationships with faith‑based partners across the United States. - The Rabbi Dov Fischer Memorial Archive, an archive of position papers to be used by Federal and State legislators, spokespersons, media and the general public. - Seeking and gradually filling positions in Government Affairs, Rabbinic Engagement, and State Chapter Support. - Most importantly, these gifts will help us further our mission to correct the record, advance traditional Jewish values, and restore America's moral foundation. Thank you again to all who helped make this possible! And just as a reminder, here is the description of CJV by Gail Weiss, who describes herself as secular "to the extreme" (but is invited for Shabbos anytime!): CJV is filling the void to fight for us -- where the OLD Jewish organizations are utterly FAILING — to speak up for Jews, Israel, morality and decency, especially on topics where there IS NO MORAL EQUIVALENCY, no matter how much the evil-doers try to push that lie. This will always be our mission, and we appreciate your support, past and future, as we seek to achieve our goals!
Years ago @cjvalues identified @splcenter as a hate group itself, and its "Hate Map" as a tool aiding the spread of Islamist hate and antisemitism.

The SPLC's "hate map" has inspired violence against conservative groups since 2012.
Tune in to this morning's @JudiciaryGOP hearing to hear FRC President @tperkins testify regarding the SPLC and the terrorist shooting it inspired on FRC.
$100,000 raised: because of you.

ANTI-ISRAEL PROTESTERS CHANT INTIFADA
“Everybody who wants to tear down America is funding these protesters. The Russians are funding the protesters. The Chinese… are funding the protesters. The Qataris are funding the protesters. It's all about a tear-down of America and what America stands for.” - @ymenken@AmandaHead@jsolomonReports
After the @splcenter indictment, some Jewish outlets compared its alleged funding of KKK members to a proud history of Jewish groups using paid informants to fight antisemitism.
Rabbi Yaakov Menken of the @cjvalues—representing 2,500 Orthodox rabbis—called the comparison "ludicrous."
"The SPLC is accused of advising and funding hate in America in order to have causes against which to fundraise. If true, this is simply reprehensible," he said.
