@itvMLshow What can we do about opening up the ability to switch supplier especially when you have 2-3 ported mortgages with different renewal times?

For me there are too many penalty charges for leaving which means you never leave and often stick with the same supplier for life

Isn’t time we offer support for homeowners, renters & encourage lenders / landlords to allow customers > 3 month break interest free?

Taking the fuel subsidy away was cruel as prices still rise in wider economy.

Today #BritishGas decided to more than double my direct debit without letting me know and they now owe me money so took more than they need.

How is this even legal? Was to make their cash flow look better?
