@Bajaj_Finserv Very disappointed. Despite sufficient balance, EMI auto-debit failed for my Consumer Durable Loans, EMIs were wrongly marked overdue, and I was forced to pay ₹500 extra. This may affect my CIBIL score. Request immediate refund & correction. #ServiceFailure

@Bajaj_Finserv @RBI Every month the same issue. Auto-debit for EMI fails despite sufficient balance, and then penalties are threatened. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Fix your system and stop penalizing customers for YOUR failures.
