Booked a cab with advanced payment from Bangalore airport. Neither the cab arrived, nor the driver picked up the phone. I tried connecting with customer care but no help. Never going to use it again. It was night time.

I booked a cab from Uber app. The driver asked us to cancel the ride in the middle of the trip as his phone's battery died. We were stranded in a busy area and had to search for another cab. Your uber app even charged us partially for the cab. What is this behavior?
