@kreadisinnocent It's normal procedure to ask the courts to dismiss a civil case. Just like it's normal procedure that Alan Jackson asked for a mistral after the CW rested. It obviously doesn't mean the judge will honor the request. Especially if Bev is the judge

@DoctorTurtleboy If they don't call proctor they are going to use this in their closing arguments that the CW didn't even put their lead detective on the stand. That to me proves they don't have a case but the jury will have to hear those text messages to know what a loser POS Proctor really is!
