Temple Grandin says she has no working memory. But I think she has. But being autistic she is relying on the working memory of the conscious brain, 7 plus minus 2, which is indeed insufficient for most daily tasks... The unconscious brain is way more powerful

Second time this year I am speaking at the same conference as Temple Grandin, this time at #autismcork22. She's talking about "smart autistic kids who cannot shop". We should educate not to the test but to the world. And therefore children need to be exposed to many things.
