@nwater_care do you know if there’s a problem in the NE62 area? We have no water on 2 of our floors and only have a little water pressure on the bottom floor

@eddiebarnes 1st time this happened I contacted @HiveHelper & they reset my hive box from their end & it fixed the problem. 2nd time it turned out I needed a new circuit board for my boiler 😕

@HiveHelper Hi, my hive heating is not working. App shows it is on when I press boost but boiler is not coming on. Solid green light on hub & box next to boiler. I’ve reset internet, hub etc but still not working
