@Br0meliaceae Probably the LAST thing Victor ever thought he would do, so I imagine he has no idea at all how to act in front of them. Well, it's nice that Julia has friends she can trust with her authentic self, even if she has to keep some secrets.
Also, Fuuko! Love to see her in your style
@Br0meliaceae Your paneling and composition are always so good. I really enjoyed this, I'm so fascinated with how Remember-shaped memories don't quite fit, and with how Victor and Julia have to reconcile somewhat opposite feelings about it. Come to think of it, meeting a lover's parents is...
@samarine_i@PlatinumEquinox generally i am with you that online reputation does not often impact the box office. BUT he's 4 straight bombs deep atp (5 if you count morbius 2x) and while it may not be because people won't see his movies per se, it might reflect what projects are willing to cast him.
@GameCryptidVG@gfaunaa All cases of being really, really hard to monetize a f2p multiplayer game. Evolve especially, I enjoyed the hell out of it but asymmetrical PVP has a limited market and it just didn't catch on like L4D or later DBD.

@roryisconfused "Antigone is hilarious! How did Sophocles think of this," I say, setting down my copy of Carson's Antigonick
I wasn't an adult when Christopher Logue was publishing his Iliadic poems, I wonder if he got even a fraction of the vitriol; I suspect not for three or four reasons.
@shittyevals Read the translations you enjoy the most, virtually any one that you hear about has merits and demerits alike. If you don't have a particular taste/you aren't after a particular criterion like "accurate to the Greek", just get the one that's most accessible & affordable.
